Websites, ERP systems, and e-commerce stores — designed, built, and integrated by our in-house team for foreign businesses operating in Malaysia. Every project is MyInvois-ready (Phase 4 from 1 January 2026), PDPA-compliant (1 June 2025 amendments), and integrated with Malaysian payment gateways and e-wallets. For specialised scopes — POS systems, AI agents, cybersecurity — we coordinate trusted partner specialists.

E-commerce Solutions
Malaysia’s e-commerce market is projected to grow from USD 10.62 billion in 2025 to USD 12.18 billion in 2026, with 13.67% CAGR through 2031. We build e-commerce stores that capture this demand:
- Shopify stores — fast launch, predictable monthly cost, hosted, ideal for speed-to-market

- Custom e-commerce builds — for brands with unique workflows beyond standard platforms
What our e-commerce implementation covers:

- Custom theme design — branded, mobile-first, conversion-optimised
- Malaysian payment gateways — iPay88, SenangPay, Razer, Stripe, with FPX support
- E-wallet integration — Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, DuitNow QR
- Marketplace sync — Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop catalogue and inventory sync
- Logistics integration — J&T, EasyParcel, Pos Laju, DHL, Lalamove for delivery
- ERP/accounting sync — connect e-commerce orders to AutoCount, SQL Account, or Odoo
- MyInvois integration — for stores meeting Phase 4 thresholds
- SEO foundation — product page optimisation, schema, Core Web Vitals
- PDPA-compliant checkout — consent, privacy notice, data retention
- Multilingual storefronts — Bahasa Melayu + English at minimum for mass-market brands
Specialised Scope We Coordinate Through Partners
For services beyond our direct delivery scope, we coordinate trusted partner specialists. Same project management, same conflict-free framing — different licensed or specialised hands doing the work:
- POS systems for retail and F&B — Lightspeed, StoreHub, Loyverse, Square; integrated with your ERP and e-commerce
- AI agent and chatbot setups — customer service automation, sales chatbots, AI workflow integrations
- Custom software development — bespoke applications, internal tools, mobile apps
- Cybersecurity assessments and VAPT — through NACSA-licensed Cyber Security Service Providers (legally required for these scopes under the Cyber Security Act 2024)
- Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) — 24/7 monitoring through NACSA-licensed providers
- Complex cloud architecture and migration — AWS, Azure, GCP enterprise workloads
- Data Protection Officer (DPO) services — for PDPA-mandated DPO appointments through licensed DPO providers
- Data centre colocation — TM, NTT, AIMS, Equinix for regulated workloads requiring physical Malaysian hosting
For these scopes, our role is brief, vendor selection, project oversight, and accountable owner. The licensed or specialised partners do the technical work. You get one project plan and one accountable point of contact.
2026 Compliance Built Into Every Project
MyInvois Phase 4 readiness
From 1 January 2026, entities with annual turnover RM1 million to RM5 million must use MyInvois e-invoicing. Every ERP and e-commerce platform we implement is MyInvois-ready or has a clear integration path. Below RM1 million is exempt, but transactions above RM10,000 always require an individual e-invoice. For the regulatory framework, see Tax & Accounting Advisory.
PDPA 2024 amendments compliance
Effective 1 June 2025: mandatory DPO appointment thresholds, mandatory Data Breach Notifications, data portability rights. We build PDPA-aware structures into every website, e-commerce checkout, and CRM:
- Privacy notice on every page
- Consent flows on contact forms, checkout, newsletter signup
- Cookie consent banner
- Data subject rights handling — access, correction, withdrawal of consent
- Retention schedule documentation
Where DPO appointment is required, we coordinate this through partner DPO-as-a-service providers.
Malaysian payment ecosystem
Foreign brands often launch with only Stripe or PayPal — and miss most Malaysian transactions. We integrate the local payment ecosystem:
- FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — direct bank transfer; dominant payment method for Malaysians
- DuitNow QR — national QR payment standard
- Touch ‘n Go eWallet — Malaysia’s largest e-wallet
- Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay — major e-wallets
- Card processors — iPay88, SenangPay, Razer (formerly MOLPay), Stripe
Our Process
We work in five phases. Most IT solution projects complete in 4–12 weeks:
- Phase 1 — Free Consultation & Brief (Day 0). Map your sector, current digital footprint, ERP and e-commerce needs, MyInvois obligations, multilingual scope. Written brief within 48 hours.
- Phase 2 — Design & Platform Selection (Weeks 1–3). Website wireframes, ERP platform recommendation (SQL Account, AutoCount, Odoo), e-commerce platform recommendation (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom), payment gateway selection, integration architecture.
- Phase 3 — Build & Configure (Weeks 3–8). Website development, ERP installation and configuration, e-commerce store build, payment gateway setup, MyInvois integration, PDPA compliance flows, marketplace sync, logistics integration.
- Phase 4 — Test & Launch (Weeks 7–10). User acceptance testing, payment processing tests, MyInvois validation, content migration, training your team, soft launch then full launch.
- Phase 5 — Ongoing Support. Bug fixes, content updates, system patches, year-end procedures, integration with new partner specialists as needs grow.
You receive a project tracker covering scope, design, build milestones, integrations, and launch checklist.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use Shopify or WooCommerce?
Both work — different trade-offs. Shopify is hosted, fast to launch, predictable monthly subscription, less technical complexity — ideal for speed-to-market and standard e-commerce flows. WooCommerce (on WordPress) is more flexible, owns your data, no transaction fees beyond your payment gateway, but you manage hosting and updates. We recommend Shopify for fast launches with standard requirements; WooCommerce when you need full customisation, complex integrations, or strong SEO control.
Which ERP do you recommend?
Depends on size and complexity. SQL Account is widely used by Malaysian SMEs — your future Malaysian accountant likely knows it well. AutoCount is similar with strong inventory and POS integration paths — good for retail and distribution. Odoo is a unified platform combining accounting, sales, inventory, CRM, HR, and e-commerce on one stack — increasingly popular for growth-focused SMEs that want to avoid integrating multiple separate tools. All three are MyInvois-ready or integration-ready.
Do you build websites in WordPress only?
WordPress is our main platform — flexibility, ownership, SEO-friendly, content management. We can also work with other CMS platforms based on specific requirements. For e-commerce, we work with WordPress + WooCommerce or Shopify. For pure brochure sites, WordPress is our default.
How long does a website take to build?
Depends on scope. Standard corporate website: 3–6 weeks. Lead-generation site with custom design: 4–8 weeks. WooCommerce store with custom theme and integrations: 6–10 weeks. Shopify store with custom theme: 4–8 weeks. Custom e-commerce build: 10–16 weeks. Multilingual sites add 1–2 weeks per additional language.
How long does ERP implementation take?
Typically 4–10 weeks for SMEs. SQL Account or AutoCount with standard configuration: 4–6 weeks. Odoo with sales, inventory, accounting modules: 6–10 weeks. Complex multi-entity or multi-currency setups: 10+ weeks. MyInvois integration is included in every implementation.
Can you sync my e-commerce store with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop?
Yes. We integrate marketplace sync so your inventory, orders, and listings are managed across your Shopify or WooCommerce store plus Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Saves you from manual cross-platform updates.
Do you handle POS systems?
POS systems for retail and F&B are coordinated through partner specialists rather than delivered directly — but we’ll select the right partner, define the integration with your ERP, and oversee the project. Common platforms include Lightspeed, StoreHub, Loyverse, Square. Same conflict-free framing — no commissions from any partner.
What about AI agents and chatbots?
AI agent and chatbot setups are coordinated through partner specialists. Common scopes: customer service automation, sales chatbots, lead qualification, order tracking, multilingual support. We define the brief, select the right vendor, and oversee implementation.
What about cybersecurity?
Cybersecurity assessments, VAPT, and Managed SOC are coordinated through NACSA-licensed partner specialists — these services legally require NACSA licensing under the Cyber Security Act 2024. For NCII-designated entities, this is mandatory; for others, baseline cybersecurity is strongly recommended. We coordinate engagement and oversight.
Do I need to host my data in Malaysia?
Depends on your sector and data type. Pure commercial websites and e-commerce can typically use any hosting region. Financial services often expect Malaysian or near-Malaysian hosting. We map data flows during the consultation and recommend the right hosting setup. Major cloud regions are now live in Malaysia (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Standard maintenance covers bug fixes, security updates, content updates, system patches, year-end procedures, and integration support as your needs grow. Pricing is monthly or quarterly based on scope.
Do you charge platform or vendor commissions?
No. We do not earn fees, commissions, or referral payments from cloud providers, software vendors, payment gateways, or partner specialists. Our economics are aligned only with your business — recommendations reflect strategic fit, not referral incentives.
